Guys, can you relate or give advice with this penile prob? Thx?

I had sex last saturday unprotected for about two hours... with a little mixture of rough.... starting last monday ive noticed some rash red discoloration on the head of my penis, they are not really bumpy and are not raised. It does not itch or burn, and I am uncircumcised. I clean regularly and have never had problems before. However in between ejaculations,i went to the bathroom and washed my penis with Bath and Body Works antibacterial hand soap. Also, she has developed major itching, burning, normal discharge, and had some swelling. She had a 4.5ph reading for yeast infection, and we both treated ourselves with monistat 3 day treatment. The sight of my discoloration is somewhat there, but not as harsh as before, there is some slight redness, but low to no irritation of the inner foreskin, but still nothing more than before. Her itching and burning is all that remains, most of the swelling and discharge is gone...that she can observe. Does anybody have an idea what is happening? ive scheduled a doctor's appointment tomorrow... its been about a week since that night.. thank you, we are both healthy, monogonous, with no std's and get regular check-ups, i get cold sores, but none were apparent then or now, and nobody has blisters.Guys, can you relate or give advice with this penile prob? Thx?
