This guy is always staring at me. only when he thinks I don't notice. he always looks at my face...not my clothes or my shoes or anything like that. we've never spoken before. he's been doing this since december or january of 2006. I'm pretty sure he liked me over the summer because on the first day of school I looked up and he was staring at me (it happened twice that day).
