I need advice on how to not be shy around guys!?

I get really shy around guys until they make the first move or show me they are intrested but until then i will just sit there and not say anything because i feel stupid. And i have learned that by doing that.. they think youre not intrested or they think youre stuck up.. so how can i not be so shy around guys i first meet?I need advice on how to not be shy around guys!?
Be yourself. What personality you want to be remember? shy? awkward or being a friendly one? A simple smile can help. Don't be a snob. Be interested on everything. Many guys want interesting people who do not afraid to show they real personality.I need advice on how to not be shy around guys!?

Be yourself! Just talk and make conversation. Discuss things you like to do and see what clicks with the other people around you. If you see a guy you like, strike up a conversation and see where it goes.
You're giving guys way too much credit. They don't think you're uninterested, they just think you're a tease. Treat them like crap and they'll keep coming back for more, I know I do.
that's not a big problem you know...you must think,..why you should be shy...what you have to do is be confident and you should develop socializing with others especially with the opposite sex...you should know how to be with your guy friends so that it won't be hard for you to entertain guys who are courting you...hope this can help you...
