You have to be at least 18 y/o to work in a Starbucks in a Target store.

dress nicely and look your best
ask to speak to a manager
ask her or him if they are taking applications
look her in the eye, speak clearly, and act friendly (but rational) %26amp; they might hire you on the spot
keep in mind there are job restrictions for ';hazardous'; occupations for people who are underage (these are necesary and important rules against using child labor for dangerous work as was common in the 1800s before such laws were passed) %26amp; the operation of the high pressure steam nozzle etc might be restricted for someone your age
I think you have to look trendy and book-storish. I had barista experience but they didn't hire me. I did notice they hired people with pink hair and dressed all in black.
Also when you go to the interview be very outgoing. Coffe shops are about people.
I have worked in several cafe's and dining places, no one ever cared that I was a teenager, just that you show up on time.
