okay so there is this guy... he is my neighbor. he is so nice we talk all the time i mean like all the time.... and well know i kinda like him more than just friends... but a couple days earlier we were talking bout being more and i said i just wanted to be friends and not ruin our friendship and so know he never is on msn or is not outside so like i feel bad but ya i almost emailed him and told him but i didn't so what should i do and realize we are only 13 and 14 year olds so ya

First send him a message asking if he remembers the conversation about you had when you said you didn't want to ruin your friendship by dating. When he replies ';yes';... or whatever he says, tell him you made a mistake, and you think it would be a good idea. You should also tell him that it is important to you that you guys stay friends no matter what though.

if you want to date him then ask him out to the mall or movies. Do you know if his friend will be okay with him hooking up with his ex girl? If you want to be friend then do nothing but if you like him then step up and give it a chance. good luck.
