I have seriously liked this guy since fourth grade, I'm now in 10th. We talk for about 2 minutes everyday, but I really really like him, its hard to describe but the feelings are real.
He has problems though, he does drugs, and don't say anything about this because i don't care if he does drugs or not.
so hes really laid back, and i'm soo afraid to start a convorsation with him, but how can i do this?. i really want to get to know him more.
and i also dont want to annoy him.
any advice would really help me out.

Also it really depends on the type of drugs he takes.
marijuana will not hurt you...if he takes meth, coke, perscription drugs etc. There is no room for anyone else in his life, just room for ego. In turn you would have to deal with addiction.
